Violence is the very foundation on which a fascist rule is built. We can overlook this basic truth only at our own peril. To remain a pacifist and try to reason with assailants would only encourage them to attack. A punch for a punch should be the response. Watching the violent mob of Hindu Sena attacking the office of AAP (8th January, 2014) on TV Channels was more disturbing because we saw the members of AAP withdrawing and not making the slightest effort to defend themselves or their office. Please give it back to them or they will keep coming back!
In the debate that followed, AAP members did make allegations against the BJP for being behind the attacks and the names that cropped up were Vishnu Gupta and Tejinder Gupta.
Vishnu Gupta, a leader of Hindu Sena/Hindu Rakshak Dal which accepted the responsibility for the attack, defended the attack unabashedly. He stated:
“If such people are allowed to go scot-free for making such anti-national comments then our country will disintegrate. Withdrawing Army from Kashmir means giving it away to Pakistan,”
However Tejinder Bagga, who along with Vishnu Gupta had originally attacked Prashant Bhushan in 2011 but is now one of the leaders of Narendra Modi’s ‘Army’, conveniently refused any association with the attack on AAPs office. The fact that Tejinder Bagga is close to BJP and Modi is evident from the fact that, of the 1000 odd people who Narendra Modi follows on twitter, Bagga happens to be one of them.
However representatives of AAP were seen faltering on TV channels whenever they were challenged about the identity of the attackers and prove their association with BJP. In Headlines Today, the anchor went so far as to admonish the leader of AAP for making unfounded allegations against BJP without any proof! Mr. Subramanian Swamy, the BJP leader who was in the show, kept smirking at the discomfort of the AAP leader. AAP being the ruling party of the Delhi Government ought to have had the intelligence input about the attackers.
The pictures below would show Vishnu Gupta’s extremely close criminal association with Tejinder Singh Bagga and their close association with BJP.
Further, Vishnu Gupta is involved in a series of attacks and is a mercenary for the Sangh Parivar. Be it the attack on the Ishrat Jahaan Candle March organized in Delhi or the one on a Delhi Art Gallery which featured work of over 60 artists including the likes of MF Hussain. Vishnu Gupta’s closeness to the BJP is very evident from his pictures with Rajnath Singh and Subramanian Swamy.
Both, Vishnu Gupta and Tejinder Singh Bagga along with a couple of their accomplices were stung sometime back by IndiaTV where they admitted that they carried out violence in exchange of payment. The sting operation as reported by India TV on 11th November, 2011 is as under:
New Delhi, Nov 11: India TV on Friday night exposed with the help of hidden cameras miscreants who have planned to attack anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare and Team Anna member Medha Patkar when they visit Lucknow and Delhi.
The sting was carried out on the very same persons who had bashed up Prashant Bhushan in Delhi and had thrown a chappal at Arvind Kejriwal in Lucknow.
The stings carried out with the help of hidden cameras by India TV reporters in Lucknow and Delhi during the month of October and November showed that these persons having admitted that they were “professionals” who carried out such acts for money.
Vishnu Gupta, the man who beat up Prashant Bhushan in the lawyers chambers in Delhi on October 12 over his remarks on Kashmir, told the India TV reporter on Nov 4 at a coffee house in Sec-18, Noida on Nov 4 that Medha Patkar was their next target.
Tejinderpal Singh Bagga, the third man who took part in bashing up Prashant Bhushan, met India TV undercover reporters in his house in Vishnu Garden, Tilak Nagar, Delhi.
Bagga said, he had two persons – Medha Patkar and social activist Sandip Pandey – as his targets. He admitted he was in BJP one and a half years back.
This same Vishnu Gupta had staged a demonstration against LK Advani in Delhi on June 7th, 2013 to protest against Advani who was objecting to Modi becoming the Chief of the BJP Electoral Committee:

Gupta was speaking after the activists of the Hindu Sena staged protests outside senior BJP leader LK Advani’s Delhi residence before being dispersed by the police.
“I feel that there is a conspiracy that is being planned against Narendra Modi in the ongoing Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) national executive meet in Goa. Opponents of BJP do not want Narendra Modi to move ahead.”
This is the way BJP operates. They outsource their violent jobs to organizations like “Hindu Sena” who, for money, carry out the violence against any target set by BJP. It could be AAP or their own BAAP LK Advani!
